Shipping policy

Incorrect Addresses:

Please make sure to check that the shipping address entered (or linked to paypal if using,) is correct.   Packages sent to incorrect addresses will not be eligible for refunds.

Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, TwoMushrooms has no control over the shipment.  TwoMushrooms will not be responsible for lost or stolen items once in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

If a package arrives with noticeable damage to the packaging, please take photos before opening the box.  This will make it easier to file an insurance claim with USPS should the items inside be damaged.

-TwoMushrooms will not assume responsibility for packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier.  This includes delayed packages and those marked as “delivered” by the shipping carriers tracking. 

-A package is eligible for a refund if it appears to have be lost in transit.  This includes packages in which the tracking information has not been updated in several days.  Please contact TwoMushrooms for packages lost in transit.  I will contact the shipping carrier for information and eligible refunds.  Please note that carriers are slow to respond and the refund process may take several weeks.  If eligible for a refund, the customer will receive one once the carrier confirms package eligibility. 

TwoMushrooms will not assume responsibility for packages marked "delivered."  This includes packages left at front doors, in apartments, offices or any other mail room.  If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier and it has not been received, it is the customers responsibility to contact the local post office, mail room or file a claim with the shipping carrier online.

Shipping Times:

-Delivery estimates are never guaranteed, TwoMushrooms will not assume responsibility for delayed packages.

-If any package needs to be received by a certain time, please contact TwoMushrooms to confirm shipment times before placing your order.

-Most orders ship within 1-3 days of being placed.  Orders are not shipped on the weekends.  If an order is placed on a Friday, that order will ship on the following Monday.

-Some items are made to order.  Please note the estimated production time on the listing of the item you wish to purchase as it does not include shipping times. 
 Please factor in a few extra days for shipping when purchasing made to order items.

-Shipping times depend on location and shipping service chosen, please plan to allow a few extra days in case of delays.

-TwoMushrooms will not assume responsibility for delayed packages once in the care of the shipping carrier.
