A faerie floating through a landscape of dreams. This mixed media or assemblage art piece is composed of several vintage and antique items. All elements of this piece show signs of wear and age. At the core is a vintage wooden cuckoo clock. The wood shows signs of past damage that has since appeared to have been glued back together and repaired. Secured to the clock is an antique china head doll surrounded by vintage metal flowers and beads. The dolls dress is composed of antique linen adorned with various beads.
Please take note of the back of the piece. There is no hanging hardware as the wood began to crack when applying hardware. The open slots in back can be used to hang.
The vintage/antique components of this piece are old and it shows. Items are dingy, dirty, scratched, stained, torn and broken. They are left this way to add to the old and decaying feel of the piece. Please examine those pictures closely.
